Due to Hurricane Ike, gas shot up over night. Most states are checking into price gouging, except for TN. As a result, our gas is still insanely expensive. Makes me glad we got a hybrid. However, I wish we'd managed to fill up on Friday, since the price exploded on Saturday. If it stays up, maybe there will be fewer people on the roads. That's a plus.
